Beautiful

I want all you girls to know that you are beautiful. It doesn’t matter how your body looks like or any imperfections you think you may have. We are all unique and special and that’s what makes guys love us. How different we are. Don’t strive to be this perfect formulaic girl. Be yourself and live life to the fullest. If a guy doesn’t love you because you don’t follow his standards of what beauty is to him. Eff him. Love yourself and respect other girls, because we women need to unite. Instead of fighting for a guy that let you both down, forget about him. Be happy, and once again we women are beautiful.

Done. I think my next video will be how I’m taking care of my hair. Yes. I will do that. Shiet I forgot though, my big laptop is ruined :( so now I can’t edit videos. I’m sad.

Beauty & Fashion Tips I have learned in my life:

So all these tips are based on my own experience and may be similar to some you all maybe have read in magazines and beauty books. By the way they are in no particular order, I just put them as I remember. Maybe I might even add more as time goes by.

Okay so the first is because I washed my flats in the washing machine yesterday. Ridiculous but true. They’re the ones on my blog when I said I bought them at Target. Well they were really dirty since the dust and dirt here in Bakersfield is outstanding. So what I did is I put the settings on my topload washing machine on hang dry because I assumed well I’m going to leave them out to dry because the dryer would melt the soles, rubber, plastic etc. Well the machine spinned fast then slow so it made the stuff inside my shoe break apart into debris. Don’t worry. Lol. So the recommend settings: put them to wash in extra delicate, do a prewash if they are extremely dirty which I did. Then wash, the settings are cold water, a small amount of detergent, some Oxiclean which is a scoop or two tablespoons, you can even add a small amount of fabric softener in the rinse cycle if you want to. Once everything was done I got my shoes and put them in the dryer. What?!?! Yes I did but I but the dryer settings on air fluff. Which is just air and no heat. So I put it on the max which is 20 minutes and then I took them out let them lay flat to dry. In the morning they were good as new and perfect. If they still look moist then wait for them to completely dry or you will suffer from stinky feet.

If you are not afraid of ruining your shoes I guess you could try this. I recommend using flats and shoes that don’t have alot of rubber on the bottom. Dress shoes like heels and such are probably not recommended. Good luck you guys.

I guess since it turned out to be so long maybe I might put one tip per day or week or something. My preferred laundry detergent is liquid Gain, fabric softener is Downy, bleach is Clorox GreenWorks with no-chlorine, for stains and to make clothes appear brighter OxiClean powder, and for antistaticness I use Downy dryer sheets.

Benefit Posietint

Consecutive blog posts are fun aren’t they? Hey I was inspired. As you all know I got the Benefit Finding Mr. Bright Bundle which came with a small size of Posietint. I want to remind you guys these kits and bundles are great ways to try out various products without having to spend your money on big sizes. I was very skeptical of Posietint so it was a perfect opportunity.

Why did a put Posietint on top of a Benefit Dandelion blush box powder. I applied it on my cheeks and the color was very sheer, but I liked he idea of using it as a base for a powder blush like Dandelion. What a good idea. It turned out really pretty if I were awesome I would have a took a picture but I was in a hurry to go run errands. Posietint could also be used for your lips as well. I did. The results weren’t dramatic at first but then it started to show up and it looked really pretty. If you don’t like cheek blush powder then Posietint can be a good alternative. If you don’t like it too sheer you can build it up. I really liked Posietint because it is a color that is not too red and not too pink. Perfect for this Spring!
